I was hired by Portland's Parallel Studio to design an application with Pure Data to run a permanent audio installation at the San Francisco Nike Store. The install features a 6 speaker array along an escalator, creating a dynamic audio environment that evolves as the subjects move towards the top. The sequence of audio files is selected through a non-repeating random algorithm, with unsynchronized background layers underlaying the "events", so it is unlikely the listeners will ever hear the same bit of audio twice in their visit.

Photo and Video documentation of the physical installation are pending.
